1 avocado

Ingredients:

3 lbs. chicken wings
6 T. Hot Sauce
1 stick butter
2 pints. cooking oil
Lawry seasoned salt

How to prepare:

WINGS: Cut whole wings at joints and discard the tips. Sprinkle generously with seasoned salt Lawry wings. Fry until crisp and golden. Drain on absorbent paper.

Sauce: Combine the melted butter and hot sauce in a large bowl, mix well. Add wings and coat.

This recipe is for mild wings extra hot sauce added extra warmth. Serve with blue cheese and celery.

Bacon and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
5 or 6 slices bacon, fried crisp
1 small onion, chopped - or less
15-20 large mushrooms

How to prepare:

Preheat oven to 350.Take the mushroom stems, reserving 4 or 5. Clean the mushrooms well and set aside.

Chop the onion and cut stems reserved property.


Fry bacon until crisp, reserve fat. Cook onion until soft and is derived from the bacon grease. Drain fat and add onions / stems softened cream cheese. Crumble the bacon into the cheese mixture.
