Raw Food Weight Loss Diet - Easy Recipes!

Not just a little, I answered some very popular FAQ raw food weight loss diet. Now I want to take a closer look at one of the biggest concerns most people have with the Raw Food Diet - What to Eat.

This is a concern for all plans, whether for weight loss, detox, or just general health. Many times, you know more than you can eat, but are bored with the basics pretty quickly. This pushes the door open if temptation can waltz into a sheet of your new plan!

This should not be, and is one of the main reasons I advise people of this diet for a cookbook to help unprocessed foods. Here are two simple recipes that I have learned to love to help you in your day.

Tomato Cups

3 medium tomatoes
1/4 of a small cucumber
1 stalk of celery
Half of a small onion
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/2 tablespoon fresh mint
1/2 clove of garlic
Sesame seeds 1/4 cup
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon of olive oil (optional)
Sea salt to taste

Cut tomatoes in half and take out the center, leaving about a quarter inch wall worth. Put the dough in a bowl and dug book.

Chop (or use a food processor) all other ingredients and put them in the bowl with the tomato paste.

Mix well.

Tomato halves filled slightly above the edge.

Makes 6 cups.

These are perfect for an appetizer, side dish, or at any time. You can even use cherry tomatoes for snack food. :)

Nuts raw salad

1 cup almonds
1 cup cashews
1 cup walnuts
1 cup peanut
1 cup pumpkin seeds (shell)
Chocolate 1 cup raw feathers
4 tablespoons agave nectar
Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all nuts and seeds in a large bowl. Add the agave syrup and mix well. Sprinkle with cinnamon, chocolate, and the desired amount of sea salt and stir again.


It only takes a few minutes and can be eaten for breakfast on the go, or even as a snack at night and I love the combination of sweet / salty!

All you need to feel comfortable in this scheme is to replace your snacks with healthier choices like salads over and replace one meal a day with a raw food. I wish tons of success!
