ingredients

1 can tuna in water drained

1 small apple chopped

¼ cup low-fat yogurt with vanilla

1 c. prepared mustard

1 c. honey

6 slices whole wheat bread

lettuce

Combine and mix the tuna, apple, yogurt, mustard and honey. Spread ½ cup of the mixture of three slices of bread. Top each slice of bread with lettuce and remaining bread. Cut sandwiches in half or as you wish.
