Muffin Top Exercises to Do at Home

If you have muffin top, chances are you want to work to get rid of it in the privacy of your own home, you do not have to suffer any discomfort with these rabbits sports fan!

Personally, I feel more motivated to exercise when I know that nobody will see my imperfections I'm working on them.

The exercises that I will share with you are the ones I have found success and team need not either, so they are perfect to do there in your living room.

Remember if you are thinking about starting a new exercise regimen, always consult your doctor to make sure it will not cause harm to your body.

Before exercising, you should also warm up for a few minutes to make sure not to strain the muscles.

Back extension

This exercise focuses on the lower back and glutes (buttocks), so it's great to squeeze the fleshy area at the back of the hips.

Begin lying face down on a comfortable surface (use a mat if you have one), with arms at your sides, palms facing the ceiling and your feet together, toes pointing directly behind you.

Take a deep breath, then release slowly, raise your upper chest and legs on the floor.

Keep your belly and tight buttocks and stretching forward and the top of the head and back and up of the hands and feet.

Hold this position as you inhale, focus on maintaining tight muscles, then slowly exhale and lower yourself to the starting position.

Repeat this exercise until you can feel the muscles fatigue and take a note of the number of repetitions you have success (you can build on that number in the future).

Oblique

Oblique Crunches work the muscles that move the sides of your stomach (oblique).

Focus on this area gives the stability of your body and creates definition around your waist.

Begin lying on your back with your arms at your sides and your knees bent and together, but on the left side. In this position, the blades should be flat on the ground, but its size is slightly twisted left leg rests on the ground at a right angle to the torso and right leg rests on the left.

Cross your arms over your chest to avoid using them to boot.

Take a deep breath and then exhale and slowly raise your head and shoulders off the floor and slightly back on a stable and controlled motion.

Repeat as often as possible on each side and record the number of repetitions.

It is basically a sit-up movement, but turning the legs over the side so you can use the body instead of the oblique abdominal muscles.

It is a difficult exercise, but more importantly feel the muscles working that make workloads - representatives at the right pace for you.

The Bridge

The bridge is on the last year muffin - works in the abdomen, lower back and buttocks at once!

To do this, start the exercise by lying on your back, arms at your sides and your knees bent.

Stabilize (or anchor) of your body on the floor putting your shoulders back and down and firmly place the palms of the hands and feet flat on the floor (feet should be about shoulder width hips).

Inhale deeply and then release the breath slowly while rolling the spine, one vertebra at a time, from the ground, from the coccyx.

Upon reaching the bridge position only his head, shoulders blades, arms and legs must be anchored to the ground, while the abdominal and buttocks are hard, keeping your hips in the air.

Hold this position for another deep breath and then exhale and slowly turn the spine in the upper mat.

This is another difficult question if you really try to feel the muscles tightening as you go through the exercise.

As with the other, repeat to fatigue and note the number of repetitions that you have succeeded.

What do I do?

By doing these three exercises regularly (do an exercise routine aimed both days) will activate all the muscles that make up the area on bread and give them the strength and tone.

Doing these exercises alone, however, will not get rid of your problem area.

It is recommended that we just do half hour of aerobic exercise every day for our bodies to stay healthy, and it is 100% necessary if you are serious about seeing your muffin top disappear.

You can do something really, (walking the dog, vacuuming, etc.), as long as you put your heart beats faster than your body burns fat.

A healthy balanced diet is also important if you want to see results.
