Mean Green Juice Recipe to Lose Weight Fast and Healthily

It is a myth that the juices are fattening. There may be some truth that if you use store bought juice that has been heated and has lost most of his goodness, but fresh juice, especially if used to replace a meal, make a quick weight loss - naturally and healthy.

The mean green juice (made 1-2 glasses)

Ingredients:

2 blocks - keeping the skin on, but the seeds and cut into quarters

1 pear - keep the skin, but remove the seeds and cut into quarters

1 kiwi fruit - keep the skin and cut into quarters

Manage grapes - stems cancel

½ celery

3 spinach leaves

1 flower of broccoli

¼ cucumber

Parsley ½ manage

¼ handle mint

Method:

Simply juice all together and enjoy. Can be refrigerated for a maximum of 48 hours. Remember that light and heat destroys nutrients, so you stay cool and dark.


Another tip is that if you go on a juice fast, do not forget to prepare your body by eating raw for at least a day before fast food.


Also remember that before you go on a fast of any kind, it may be advisable to consult your doctor, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking chronic medications.
