Ingredients:
1 ½ teaspoons curry powder
½ cup chicken broth
1 pound chicken meat (boiled)
8 broccoli
½ ounce of cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons fried onions
3 tablespoons bacon bits

Preparation:
Boil and debone the chicken meat. Also make sure to boil the broccoli and drain. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and curry powder. Place chicken with broccoli in the bottom of the pan and pour the mixture on top of it. At the top was cheddar cheese with bacon and onion. Ingredients:
½ teaspoon salt
½ pepper
1 pound ground beef - lean
2 cups zucchini slices
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup diced tomatoes (large dice)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
½ cup water
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 packet of sweetener

Preparation:
Mix the soy sauce with ground beef, onion and salt. Cut the peeled zucchini. Cut or chop the tomatoes depending on your preferred size. Heat oil in high temperature and put the ground beef mixture and stir-fry for about 8 minutes or until browned, turn the zucchini and water and mix well. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. After 5 minutes, you can now add the tomatoes and sweetener and cook for 3 minutes until the tomatoes start to go limp.
