Lose Weight With This Healthy Lean Chicken Salad Recipe

This salad recipe is perfect for eating only lean chicken on a bed of lettuceor on whole wheat toast. Will dish of spicy chicken salad.

This recipe tastes even sweeter with the addition of raisins.

ingredients:

3 boneless breast meat, skinless chicken, cubed
1/2 cup sweet pickle
¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
¼ cup finely chopped celery
¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
¼ cup cherry tomatoes, diced
2 c. salt
2 c. black pepper
2 c. garlic powder
1 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking pan with cooking spray or olive oil. You can buy pre-cubes of chicken or buy whole chicken breasts and cut them yourself.

If you cut the kitchen in this way, you will be available to cut the chicken to taste. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Lemon juice in a bottle can be substituted if preferred. Mix the chicken salad. Now add sweet pickle relish, onion and celery. More mayonnaise may be used if the mixture is too dry.

Stirring continued. Add the red pepper, cherry tomatoes and raisins. Finally, add the salt, black pepper and garlic powder to the chicken salad.

Beat the mixture well together and spoon on the plate. Divide the chicken salad evenly around. Cook the chicken salad at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or less depending on the size of your oven. Remove pan from oven and let cool.
Place the chicken salad on a plate with a lid.

Chicken Refrigerate before serving.
