Quick Weight Loss Advice 110: Crockpot High Protein Recipe

Crockpot High Protein Recipe

We hear every day of our personal trainers or training partners ... "Eat more protein!" But not always easy to find original recipes high in protein. If you are a fan of cardio focus on weight loss and lose belly fat or a serious gym rat looking to pack on slabs of muscle is good advice! Bar meal replacement and protein shakes are great quick fixes, but do not take the place of a single food, nutrition ... enter your slow cooker!

After a hard day of work you want to go home and think of a good high protein recipe to invent from scratch ... I do not know! And as much as we like to do, do not always have time to prepare meals in advance. So break that big bulky electric pot your mother for Christmas one year and start experimenting!

Will paint the picture. You wake up in the morning, take your cup of coffee and maybe a little fast and healthy eating in the drive to work. But this dinner? No time to think about what the morning? Wrong!

In the time it takes to stumble out of bed, shower and get on your way to throw together quick crock pot recipe is ready to eat when you get home!

1. Take this kitchen and dust. It will be your new best friend!

Two. No need to thaw or a bag of frozen chicken breasts ... simply rinse and throw em in.

Three. Celery, carrots and onions are a tough blow easy, and they are next to hit the jackpot.

April. You should already have a stock of sodium chicken in the pantry. Pour 2-3 cups of chicken and vegetables.

May. Add a pinch or two of salt and pepper, cover and put in there and be on your way.

Chicken absorbs most of the liquid. In 6-7 hours, you will have a hot meal waiting for you when you get home. Depending on how long it will stay the pot to boil away, you may need to add a little more liquid to get home. I want to break the chicken with large fork while still in the pot for a mix "of shredded chicken." You can eat the dish and put it on top of brown rice or quinoa.

Another thing I have experimented with replacing the chicken with the sauce and the tomato sauce and a can of stewed tomatoes with a pinch of chili powder. (This replaces the other vegetables by the way)
