1 teaspoon of coconut oil.

1-2 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped.

A combination of the following fresh herbs, washed and chopped parsley, basil, sage, tarragon, dill or chives. Sea salt and pepper to taste.

Method

In a large wok, saute onion, pepper and garlic in oil. When the onion is soft, add the eggs, shrimp, avocado, tomato and spinach. Continue cooking over medium heat until scrambled eggs and then add the herbs. Adjust the seasoning.

Two. Homemade granola:

Store bought granola can often be very high in sugar side (definitely not good when you're on the road to weight loss) and because of this, they are usually very high in calories. This recipe for healthy breakfast for weight loss is delicious, full of carbohydrates, complex fiber, protein and healthy fats, without all the extra sugar. An ideal way to break the fast.

Ingredients

• Gluten free oats £ 1

• 1 cup almonds (or walnuts mixed with preference)

• ½ cup flax seeds

• 1 cup coconut milk

Method

1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl with coconut milk and leave until all the liquid is absorbed by the oatmeal. Spread the mixture thinly on a cookie sheet and toast on a low heated oven until browned and thoroughly dried.


Two. Serve with cooling coconut milk.
