Working in an office all day automatically lead people to be sedentary. Many spend several hours at a desk or typing on a laptop that will get your metabolism to slow down and develop joint pain. They also tend to snack and eat a lot, eventually leading to being overweight or even obese. There are some guidelines you can follow to stay fit and healthy is your type of work.

1. Drink more water. Start by cutting out soda and other sugary drinks are taken in water alone. The water to prevent dehydration and disease as well as boost the way you are mentally and physically. Doctors recommend that people drink at least 64 ounces of water a day to keep your body in peak condition. After drinking coffee or juice, drink a large glass of water immediately afterwards. Three. Keep the work area clean. Practice good hygiene in and out of the office. Make it a habit to clean your office and put things in place before you leave home. The work area must be free of dust, dirt and other objects. Keep a hand sanitizer and mask and use it regularly to avoid germs and pathogens.
