Weight Loss Recipe - Chicken Tikka

Chicken Tikka (for 4 people)

Ingredients
Low fat natural yoghurt 200g
juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon finely chopped or minced ginger
1 teaspoon finely chopped or minced garlic
¼ teaspoon dried coriander
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon garam masala
4 boneless skinless chicken

It is easy to make and wonderfully fragrant. All you need is to add rice or pasta and serve with steamed vegetables or a salad crisp.

Itinerary
1. Combine yogurt, lemon juice and seasonings in a bowl.
Two. Add chicken and cover with the marinade. Cover and marinate for two or three hours.
Three. Lift the chicken from the marinade. Place in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 º C (400 º F) for 30 minutes.
April. Remove foil, spoon remaining marinade and cook until chicken is tender and lightly browned (1/2-1 hours).
